Hi there!

My name is Allie Burgess

I am the owner and head baker here at Cake Theory. Although I am a Biomedical Engineer by trade, I've dreamt about owning a bakery since I was 4 years old. After years of struggling to navigate the gluten-riddled restaurant industry, I decided to use my knowledge of chemistry and biology to create absolutely delicious treats that are dietary restriction friendly. We all deserve wonderful baked goods!
